Recognizing the importance of advocacy and being an ally for others through listening to others' experiences and educating ourselves on overlooked history
Encouraging students to address barriers impeding the creation of a more welcoming, diverse, inclusive and equitable school environment and beyond

![]() Club Leaders along with CCHS Superintendent, Dr. Laurie Hunter, CCHS METCO Director, Andrew Nyamekye and METCO President and CEO, Milly Arbaje-Thomas following the Mr. Joy production | ![]() In March, 2020, Intersections organized and hosted the production of Mr. Joy, an Emerson College production, at CCHS holding discussions surrounding stereotypes and prejudices depicted in the play. | ![]() Intersections organized a Boba Tea Fundraiser during the lunch blocks at CCHS in February, 2020! The club collaborated with Food Services and raised over $300 in one block! |

BLACK LIVES MATTER DEMONSTRATION @ Concord
Click through to see pictures of Intersections' BLM Demonstration held in Concord's Monument Square and the Railroad Intersection on June 13th! To maintain COVID-19 safety precautions, we required all attendees to wear masks and remain in designated spots. We had over 75 attendees throughout the day!
